Day One
- Cause & effect – how you can take control and have things go your way
- Rapport building skills – learn how to build rapport with your clients
- Communicating effectively in all representation systems
- Learn about eye accessing cues, so you can learn the best way to speak to your team members in a way that resonates with them
- The magic of congruency in communication and how to emanate it (and why congruency is a skill worth its weight in gold)
- How to use the 'Hierarchy of Ideas Agreement Frame' to negotiate conflict and reach common ground
- Advanced language techniques of persuasion and influence
Day Two
- A breakdown of the communication model, how humans communicate and internally interpret communication and conversation
- Meta programs - learn how each member of your team filters information mentally and how you can use this knowledge to keep them motivated and happy in their working environment
- The power of questions and how you can use them to direct your team into solving problems and reach the answers themselves.
- Learn the unconscious unspoken questions your team members ask of you, that you need to answer in your everyday communication with them
The course is 2 days in length and can be held at the Client's Premises or at The Address Hotel, Dubai Marina. Lunch will be provided to all attendees as well as complimentary Tea/Coffee throughout the day.
