Day One

- Communicating effectively in all representation systems
- The magic of congruency in communication and how to emanate it
- How to use the 'Hierarchy of Ideas Agreement Frame'
- Advanced language techniques of persuasion and influence
Day Two
- A breakdown of the communication model, how humans communicate and internally interpret communication and conversation
- Meta programs – learn how your client filters information mentally
- The power of questions and how you can use them to direct the communication effectively.
- The motivating factors that lead your clients to make or break a deal
- Learn the unconscious questions your clients asks and that you need to answer in your communication
The course is 2 days in length and can be held at the Client's Premises or at The Address Hotel, Dubai Marina. Lunch will be provided to all attendees as well as complimentary Tea/Coffee throughout the day.
